Quick Notes: Love Better than Sex Cake? Love Crepes? SAME!!!! I love crepes, and these Better than Sex Crepes really have no place at the breakfast table. They’re very dessert oriented. I actually made my own sweetened condensed milk. I do not recommend it. We just happened to forget a can at the store.

Ingredients

  • -For Crepes
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • -For whipped cream filling
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • -For topping
  • 2 Heath bars, obliterated

Instructions

  1. Mix together all crepe ingredients.  
  2. Bring a medium-sized frying pan to temp over medium-high heat. 
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup batter into the greased frying pan.  Swirl it around so that it is super duper thin. You're looking to cover most of the surface space for the thinnest pancake ever. When bubbles start to appear in the top, flip it and cook the other side for about 30 seconds to a minute.  Repeat this until you've cooked all the crepes.  Stack each crepe on a plate separated by wax paper. 
  4. In a large bowl, add your heavy whipping cream and two tablespoons of sugar. Use an electric mixer to whip together until you have firm peaks. If you don't know what this is.... google it. 
  5. On a plate, lay down a crepe and fill it with a couple of tablespoons of whipped cream.  Sprinkle a healthy bit of the heath bar.  Roll it like a burrito.  Repeat a second time. 
  6. Drizzle over the sweetened condensed milk, and top with whipped cream and heath bar.
