Easiest Peach Cobbler Ever

Quick Notes: Cobbler on it’s own isn’t intrinsically challenging, but this is only 4 ingredients and takes about five minutes to throw together. This recipe itself isn’t my own. There’s a lot of recipes out there for dump cobbler, which this is. I’ve made a couple adjustments to this and I happen to think this is the best way to make the easiest peach cobbler ever perfectly.

Ingredients

  • 30 oz canned peaches
  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • cinnamon (a couple of table spoons or so)

Instructions

  1.  x Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a  baking dish, dump in your peaches. Spread them out so they cover the bottom of the pan evenly.
  3. Take your cake mix, and sprinkle it over your peaches, again evenly.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top of the mixture.  I like a lot of cinnamon on mine, but you can do this to taste.
  5. Cut your butter into one tablespoon increments and place the pats spaced evenly, just on the top of the dish.
  6. Bake it in the oven for 45 minutes.  Remove and let it cool for at least ten minutes before serving with vanilla ice cream.
