Quick Notes: This is a Broccoli Salad that they used to have at Sweet Tomatoes which I absolutely loved. I have found several copycat recipes online and kinda married what I liked from each one into this one. This is one that’s awesome to take to potlucks or BBQs.

Ingredients

  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and diced (or, one package cooked bacon pieces).
  • 3-4 heads of broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sunflower kernels
  • 1/3 cup Craisens
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 sugar
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Add everything with the exception of the mayo, sugar, and vinegar to a large bowl, and give it a good toss together.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar.
  3. Pour dressing mixture over the salad and mix until all ingredients are fully coated.
  4. For best flavor, let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving. If you're incapable of waiting, feel free to nom that bitch as soon as it's done.
